About Us

We operate the urban rail service in the Metropolitan Region (Rio de Janeiro, Duque de Caxias, Nova Iguaçu, Nilópolis, Mesquita, Queimados, São João de Meriti, Belford Roxo, Japeri, Magé, Paracambi, and Guapimirim), through a railway network of 270 kilometres divided into five lines, three extensions, and 104 stations.

We do not have a single story — we have many. We are over two thousand employees working daily towards one shared goal: to continually improve service for the 300,000 passengers we currently transport.
