Found an item?

If you found a document or belonging on our premises, please go to the station ticket office and hand it directly to a staff member. All found items are forwarded to Customer Service for appropriate handling.

Contact us by phone at 0800 726 9494, by email at sac@trensrj.com.br, or visit the TrensRJ Agency at Central do Brasil station, located next to the ticket offices, to check whether your item has been logged in our system.
