Delete app account

Your Minha TrensRJ account is created and managed exclusively in the TrensRJ mobile app (Android and iOS). This website does not offer user login.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the TrensRJ app on your phone.
  2. Tap Account (profile icon in the bottom bar).
  3. Scroll to Delete my account.
  4. Confirm with your password. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your name, email, saved trips, push notification preferences, and device tokens linked to Minha TrensRJ.
